Shipping and Delivery
Thank you for visiting and shopping at yllen jewelry. All orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after your order, and we will contact you via email.
What is your return policies?
You can return a product for up to 10 days from the date that it was delivered to you. After you have submitted a return request to customercare@yllenjewelry.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package. Once you return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your return item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
What is your exchange policy?
We are happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email customercare@yllenjewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process. We will provide you a free pre-paid shipping label for the item to be returned. Once the item has been received, we will send you the new item.
